Ils veulent pour la plupart <strong>avoir leur propre projet<\/strong> et relever ce challenge. En effet, le march\u00e9 du travail ferme souvent ses portes pour les salari\u00e9s de plus de 50 ans. D\u2019ailleurs, ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est typiquement fran\u00e7ais. Le plus souvent \u00e0 l\u2019aise financi\u00e8rement, ils souhaitent mettre \u00e0 profit leur exp\u00e9rience pour un <strong>challenge personnel<\/strong>. Cela permet de donner un coup de \u00ab&nbsp;boost&nbsp;\u00bb \u00e0 leur carri\u00e8re avant la retraite.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, les entrepreneurs seniors ont envie de <strong>conna\u00eetre et contr\u00f4ler<\/strong> leur activit\u00e9 professionnelle. De par ce fait, ils choisissent souvent un secteur qu\u2019ils connaissent parfaitement et o\u00f9 ils peuvent s\u2019appuyer sur leur <strong>r\u00e9seau.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Des repreneurs plus nombreux chez les seniors<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Fait int\u00e9ressant, contrairement aux plus jeunes, les seniors sont plus nombreux \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier la <strong>reprise d\u2019entreprise<\/strong> par rapport \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation.
