Quand vous allez approcher un c\u00e9dant soit via une annonce soit en approche directe, venir seul, la fleur au fusil, est une tr\u00e8s mauvaise id\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Formez vous avec une formation courte de 15 jours au CRA,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.irce-paca.com\/a-propos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">IRCE<\/a>, \u00e0 une plus longues d&rsquo;un an aux <a href=\"http:\/\/mines-nancy.univ-lorraine.fr\/content\/ms-repreneuriat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mines de Nancy.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>La formation, au-del\u00e0 des comp\u00e9tences, vous apportera votre r\u00e9seau d\u2019experts.<\/li>\n<li>Les groupes des repreneurs sont particuli\u00e8rement int\u00e9ressants car vous vous retrouvez sur un m\u00eame sujet. On r\u00eaverait tous de faire un stage dans l\u2019entreprise que l\u2019on veut reprendre.<\/p>\n<p>Faites participez \u00e0 vos d\u00e9cisions, les collaborateurs qui sont en place.<\/p>\n<p>Comme, ils ont l\u2019historique de l\u2019entreprise. Il faut les impliquer d\u00e8s le\u00a0 premier jour. Allez \u00e0 leur rencontre.
