L\u2019avantage d\u2019intervenir en fin de formation,\u00a0 est de ramener le d\u00e9bat autour d\u2019un basic\u00a0: l\u2019argent. Tout commence et tout finit par l\u2019argent\u00a0! En clair, les repreneurs se demandent tous combien vaut leur entreprise\u00a0cible ?
